Correct, elaborating further: Both keys are issued together, and may return up to 20 results per query. The public key is limited to 1000 queries per IP per month, meaning up to 20000 basic results or 10000 detailed results (1/3 and 1/6 the current database, respectively) and is recommended for test...

Hopefully Zero can elaborate, the theoretical maximum should be 120,000 results (60,000 with full data) which exceeds the current database size by several thousand records.

The public key is for testing or end-user usage.
The private key is for mirroring the entire database.
Hopefully, Zero can fill in the details, because results should be handled 20 to 1 query, not 1 to 1.
