Hello, I'd like to get access to the API please so I can catalog and organize my collection. It's for personal use, and I would probably only need to hit it maximum 10 times a month.

Please provide a basic overview of your proposed use of the API.
Any request lacking this information will be denied pending an appropriate response.
Please do not request keys as end users of another project, as those projects should request and properly implement their own keys. Key requests of this nature will be removed in the interest of more efficiently handling project requests. Assistance may be available upon contact for projects experiencing issues utilizing the current API.

We require a bit more information to issue project keys.
If you're going to use AttractMode, Spectabis, Sselph, Skyscraper, or EmulationStation, no key is required and will - at best - not work due to obsoleted endpoints.
Otherwise, please let us know how exactly you plan to use the API, as private servers should work perfectly fine with the latest version of any of the above listed projects.
