Hey I am not developing person but I need a use of a a.p.i. Key for missing complete artwork and missing rom and video for my super console pro x emuelec cause when I try to scrape from emuelec error 403 need api key

We provide keys only for devs. As an app/service user you don't need a key because its dev should implement key to their app.

Weird cause when I use the gamesdb on emuelec 3.9 it error 403 something like that and invaded api key can you tell me how to get api key for emuelec 3.9 please really need to scraper my rom and artwork and video

EmuELEC dev already got the key (viewtopic.php?f=10&t=2361). You don't need a key as a user, dev should implement it.
Error 403 means bad API key or hit rate-limit cap. So if key is correct it probably means you hit monthly limit and need to wait until limit is renewed.

For how long I had to wait been like that since march2021
