Please provide a basic overview of your proposed use of the API.
Any request lacking this information will be denied pending an appropriate response.
Please do not request keys as end users of another project, as those projects should request and properly implement their own keys. Key requests of this nature will be removed in the interest of more efficiently handling project requests. Assistance may be available upon contact for projects experiencing issues utilizing the current API.

API key request
I'm creating a simple scraper for practice using requests in python and to further enhance my user experience on my media center PC I thought I already sent a requests but I didn't see it in my profile history and stuff so if this is a repeat please disregard. This will be for personal use and if I do publish my code it would of course have my api key redacted, the script is pretty simple, it walks a directory for shortcuts and exe files, then checks if they match a db for a valid game, if so it creates an asset directory for each one then downloads a few fanart images, a cover, a clearlogo, and possibly an icon. I would be honored to have access to an api-key for your wonderful database. Thank you.
