How can I add a banner image for a PLATFORM rather than a game?

Just wondering, how do I upload a missing banner image for a platform rather than for a game itself? I don't see any way to edit platform data or upload images.

due to the nature of those pages, they require little to to change over time, so they're off limit to users. (I've also didn't add a user interface to edit them when the site rebooted).

if you've an addition you'd like to make, please post it here.
