Constant MSG3 error

Hey there,
I'm fairly new to this site, and i especially collect lots of Japanese PS Vita titles.
For some reason, I keep getting the same MSG.3 Error saying stuff about the UIDs, but I dont' think I've used any, but it's always for the title it seems. What usually causes this, and how can I avoid it for the future?
