Created account, but cannot add any games

Hello,
I just created my account, and I wanted to add Metroid Samus Returns to my account, but I don't see how to do it, there is no "add game to my collection" button or something like that.

On mobile, there should be a My Games link accessible by clicking your name in the main site menu (I believe this is a recent addition).
Failing that, this link should work:

it might not be very prominent, but there is an add to collection just under the games cover.

I figured that out but what's next? I have a game in my collection but how do I get it in my PC to get the emulator to run it?
