I'm one of the maintainers of Medlaunch (https://github.com/Asnivor/MedLaunch) which is a mednafen frontend.
We're looking to get an API Key as part of the frontend involves pulling down data related to the games the user has. This was done with the previous API so we're looking to move it to the updated API.
