Ability to add UID to Xbox One Games

Ability to add UID to Xbox One Games

Every once in a while I'll try to add the UPC and actual title id to the UID for a Xbox One Game and will get a "No format found for title id" error.

Is this something that can be resolved? For example: https://thegamesdb.net/game.php?id=64496
The UPC is 816819015308 and the Game ID on the spine is 19015308
