I am looking to organize/clean my ROM collection (<1000 ROMs). I intend to write a CLI program written in Python.

Objectives:
- sort ROMs into folders by system
- rename ROM files using TheGamesDB as the canonical source
- search filename against API, and present results as choices
- as few dependencies as possible
