I'm finding more and more of these kids systems while going thrifting

VTech VFlash:
VFlash was a Optical Disc-Cart based educational video game system that came out in June of 2006.

I'm not entirely sure if this can be classified as a console itself, but it does have cartridge games that go with it. I'd say it is
Whiz Kid was a educational learning system that used a computer's screen to run. It also had its own little touch pad thing you use the attached pen on. Whiz Kid Education System released in 2007

The VReader was an educational-reading focused handheld that took cartridges. It was released in 2010.

I tried buying VFlash once. It's cost-effective and more effectiveredactle in educating young children than I expected.

My child also loves to play and I find it very usefulgeometry dash subzero, Good price. Overall quite satisfied.
