can't add player number

I tried to add the player number to some ps1 games but got an error when I tried to save:

The message means you have to set genres too.

ah ok, well apparently I have to set region, too.
So I ran into an issue
I wanted to set players for FIFA Football/Soccer 2005
Because the cover is from the NTSC release and also the release date is from NA, I set the region from none to NTSC (all just to add player number).
The title is from the PAL release though and I can't change that. So an admin would have to switch title and alt. title, I guess.

I also think about adding some new game versions for my country. Can I just use the description on the box back as overview?
And may I write it in the language of this version? Because the rules say "English only" what confuses me because why adding a game from a different country if I'm not allowed to write the overview in the game versions language

FIFA Football 2005 is the title of PAL release so data should've been set according to title.
You can use descripton from boxart as overview, just make sure it fits the rules. And yes - English only.
