App doesn't update

It gives me an update notice and then just...hangs on that second "parsing results, please wait here until I'm done" screen indefinitely. I gave it an hour and it never finished. Is there a fix for this? I'm on Android if that makes a difference.

I'm assuming this is regarding GamEye?
The lead developer is a regular contributor here, but we have no direct involvement with the maintenance of outside apps.
That said, if you don't get a timely response here, you may have better luck on their Discord server here:
