Error 403

I've tried emailing a couple times and through the website but I've been getting 403 server errors on my Odin 2 for maybe 2 weeks maybe a little bit less I haven't scraped that much I don't think to be banned in any way and I didn't do anything wrong I don't know if there is any way somebody can help me or get me able to scrape again but I'm trying to do it through emulation station and it's not working I usually use a combination of this and the other screen scraper that's built in but the game DB one I constantly get errors like I said it's been going on for almost 2 weeks
